Our evidence-based parent coaching program is designed in three parts to provide the best support for parents. Crafted with care, it offers the guidance you need to help your daughter through depression and anxiety.
Over eight weeks, you’ll meet with Ashley in a small group on Zoom, learning tools to become a calm, steady presence for your daughter. This curriculum will help you strengthen your bond, address her unique challenges, and guide her toward healing, confidence and resilience. All sessions are recorded and stored in your personal membership portal for lifetime access.
After the 8-week program, you’ll have access to Ashley's weekly office hours for continued support and to ask questions as needed. You'll also be invited to ongoing skills training sessions where you can practice communication skills with other parents.
